Chatter Prime ("we", "our", or "us") provides Instagram automation and engagement management services through Meta's APIs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we may access and process information from your Instagram Business or Creator account through Meta APIs.

• Instagram User ID
• Instagram Username
• Profile Information
• Direct Messages (if automation is enabled)
• Comments (if automation is enabled)
• Engagement and follower information
• Account analytics and performance metrics
• Technical information such as browser type and IP address

2. How We Use Information

We use information solely to provide and improve our services.

• Automate Instagram replies
• Process keyword-based automations
• Manage workflows configured by users
• Generate analytics and reports
• Provide customer support
• Maintain platform security
• Comply with legal requirements

3. Data Storage and Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill legal obligations.

Messages and comments may be processed temporarily to execute automation workflows. Data is not retained longer than necessary for service operation, security, troubleshooting, or compliance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Information may be shared only with:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. as required for Instagram integrations
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

While we strive to protect user information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

• Disconnect their Instagram account
• Request deletion of their data
• Stop automation services at any time
• Contact us regarding privacy concerns

7. Data Deletion (User Data Deletion Instructions)

If you want to delete your data or remove your connected accounts from Chatter Prime, you can do so instantly at any time within the app:

• To delete specific automation data: Log in, navigate to the "Automation" tab in your dashboard, and click the Trash icon.
• To completely delete your account and all connected Meta data: Log in, navigate to the "Accounts" section, and click the "Unlink" button.

Using these options will immediately and permanently erase your account, access tokens, and messaging logs from our servers.

Alternatively, you may send a manual deletion request to our support email at chatterprime.support@gmail.com, and we will delete your information within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

Chatter Prime integrates with Meta and Instagram services. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta's and Instagram's respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Children's Privacy

Chatter Prime is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page along with the revised effective date.

11. Meta Platform Compliance

Chatter Prime uses Meta APIs and complies with applicable Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and related requirements.
